Of those two the spectra, but if you can the proflex would probably be your best option among JT's line of masks.

Flex 8. Same protection as a spectra + gets more bounces. And you can softear it later :)

if you're really worried about getting hit in the head, get the headshield, like if you really don't want to get hit in the head(well no one wants to get hit, but if you're over protective of the head).
