1st time tasting paintball

i would like to know when were your 1st tasting moment.

mine was a few months ago when i was getting back into. i'm playing a round at santa clara fairground, and the round starts i run to a bunker and lay down some paint. well i was ducking behind a snake, and i got one guy , then i peek around the corner...BAM! i got shot right at the breathing hole is and...YUCK!!! that was the 1st word i said after i got a taste of it, i was trying to spit the paint out and it turned out to be a not so fun experience.

the taste how ever was undescribable.

so, what were your 1st moments?

Paintballs are made from one of the chemicals in cough syrup, plus dye and other stuff. That's why they make your mouth feel numb when you bite them. Yes, I eat them sometimes.

I get hit in the mouth almost everytime I play. It either happens with spray or hit into the grill of the mask. I remember one time I was hiding behind a nailed up wooden bunker and the balls broke in-between the boards. It all sprayed into my mask or under it and I tasted alot of it. I had to spit a couple times to get the taste out. Yuck.

First game ever, diddnt get in bunker fast enough. not sure what it was, but it had a greenish bluish fill and tasted real oily. but after a while and getting hit in the grill continuosly, i grew accustomed to the taste.

I broke a Paintball in my mouth to see how bad they taste (i went 6 months of playing without geting shot in the vents). Well, they were greasy, watery, white, seconds and when i bit into them (it took quite a lot of force), they sprayed down my shirt and my chin. Just try to imagine a fat guy cleaning white stuff off of his shirt and chin and mouth.:dodgy:

Zap makes them. Mmm, my first paintball to the face was a Tork (Apple Scented). I expected it would taste like apple...how wrong i was.

a while back my freind and i were hanging out cause we were playing in his field but it got dark. we were jus standing around in his driveway and im like "dude you ever eatin a paintball" and hes like "no" so we both tried eating one... then 2.. then 3.. then 5 at once, i nearly puked but it was so damn funny at the time. weve found though that each different brand tasest alot different most like bile , yknow that **** that you puke up when theres no food in your system and its like yellow

First time I was gogged it was with Blue Streak my first time playing (outlawball, our field doesn't sell that **** :)).
I spit it out, and got some all over my lens.

Now I'll either swallow the paint (if the game has reinsertions) or just walk off the field behind the netting and spit it out.

yep, ive had that one happen b4. but my first time i got grilled with yellow paint. uggggh. and my second time I got lit up by this guy, i mean 6 shots in the grill. Worst taste ever.

first time tasting it was in a store where someone opened a bag of paint and I took out a ball and stuck it in my mouth ( wasn't currently playing ) and accidentally crunched, I was in a mad dash to find a water fountain.Another time was when I was hit in the grill of my mask, tasted like mayonaise. First time eating paint? I had a paintball that was sitting outside for along time, so it was bloated and softe and I decided to squeeze it in order to squirt out the paint inside. I squeezed it and it squirted directly in my mouth.
I've been gogged plenty of times, but I've ever actually been hit on the mast where I can eat it.

Heh, did that to my friend on halloween, he thought he was getting a blueberry gumball. I gathered from his face after taking a big bite into it he figured out what it was. I don't think i should have given him a Brass Eagle paintball however, thats a bit too cruel.

I remeber my first time to taste it (I think it was). I was behind this cedar shooting at a little club house, thise tall guy kicks the door open and he comes out with two paintball guns, I saw the ball coming for me so I hit the dirt......but it was too late.

My first time eating paint was a while back, when I still ahd my JT Sentry mask. I got hit twice. The first hit the grill dead on, and it knocked my mask up. Second one hit my lip dead on. I had a nice fatlip after that.

That was when I decided to upgrade my mask.

Mm..first time eating paint. I ate, like, 6 Superswirls on a dare. Pretty vile, they had this warm feeling the second they touched my mouth, and had a sweet-to-the-point-of-gagging characteristic.
I've had Zaps in my mouth several times, and swallowed a little Anarchy. The Zap didn't have too much of a taste, it just felt like thick flavorless paste. The Anarchy actually had an odd ''sweet'' taste to it, but not like the Superswirls.

Turns out I shouldn't of eaten that paint...

it wont hurt u, they're okay to swallow, i think they're made out of some paste used in types of candy (without the flavor)

Why the **** were you taking off your mask???
My lips always get cut when I take one in the vents of my mask.
The reason paintballs taste like **** is so the animals won't eat them, much like bitter spray for puppies' that chew on everything.

Gap Banana paint don't taste that bad, they're still bitter but with a slight zing. BY far Draxxus Hellfire is the best tasting paint, it's more of a sweet with the slightest of bitter. PMI Marbs and Premiums are bad but so so much as Evil and Brass Eagle, which by are far the worst of all.

It funny to see that the more you pay for a case-o-paint the better they taste (Evil being the exception).

My first tasting moment was when I was playing at a local indoor field for a 3v3 Rookie Tourney... (18 & under was bull**** the owner played with his team and it was my first time playing.) So I was playing my first round and I'm a husky kid(fat), so I am a backman. I went to the first back bunker and layed down a line of paint seeing no one... Some pre-pubecent 8 yr old rep called me out and I didn't see any paint on me so I played on. Finally after his screeching voice got on my nerves I finally started to walk out. As soon as I threw my hand up and walked away I caught one in the arm and one right in the grill... It could have been the specks of paint and shell hitting me in the face at 250fps but that ish burned!

My first time... was before I'd ever played paintball. My friend and I were shooting at a tree and I waqs tellin' 'bout how you can eat them and I was firing Stingers and he was usin' Combat 68. he dared me to eat some paint so I said okay so I picked up a piece of shell from the ground and licked it adn said not bad you'd like this so he picked up a piece of shell and puts a really SMALL drop of paint on his toung and spits it out and I laugh at him like a mad man! It was PRICELESS!!! I got some Draxxrus Dusk now and I'm thinkin' pretty hard about those :P

The Stinger is actauly pretty good! It's a little bitter but a little sweet too :)


*June 4* Like I said above about thinking about my new Dusk paint... NOT TOO BAD AT ALL! Tastes like stingers, and only $10 more! LOL.

I was playing dorito a long time ago and a guy was in a laydown can to the top right of me(if that makes sense.) Anyways, he was laying down and when I pooped out of dorito, he shot me under the mask and hit my chin. It went all up in my face. It sucked walking to the cleaning station passing people that were saying you still had paint on you when you thought you got it off. I was a noob then.

I have a two and half year old daughter. I took her to see her first paintball field the other day and at first she was scared but she got used to it. We were standing close to netting watching this guy get trapped in the snake and someone from across the field fired a shot and the paint splattered us both. thru the net. She wouldnt stop laughing at the fact we were wearing pink splatter. It was on her shirt, in her hair, on her face and mine. Needless to say that was the time I have tasted paint. And I wasnt even playing. Go figure.:D I have been playing for over 2 years and never had the privilage of that awful taste. Let hope it doesnt happen again.
