I plan on getting an impulse. Do you think I should get vertical maxflow or regular with free gadget grip? I plan on getting a cp flame drop forward also. If you have a drop, let me know what type of impy you have and if it was a pain to get your d/f on. Thanks!!

well, the folame drops more than it goes forwards, so get the vert reg. Drops are easy to put on, just remove screws, and put on drop. Reinstall asa on bottom of drop, there you go (you may have to adjust hoses as well)

Don't put a CP drop on it. CPs are plain to big, you won't be about to shoot well at all, or hold the gun comfy. Go for the VFF and blade combo at www.e-paintballoutlet.com

I'd suggest against a gadget grip. If you want a foregrip, go with a foregrip where the hose comes out of the bottom instead. The barrel plug that comes with the gadget kinda blends into the barrel, making it harder for people to notice you have it in. Also, having a bottomline max flo with a foregrip is just more metal. Just using a max flo as a foregrip is fine. It's just a little wider than a normal foregrip. Besides, you won't have it sticking out of the bottom of the gun.

Also, as Richy c said, e-paintballoutlet is the place for imp stuff. FOM is my hero.

One last thing. I have a shockteck drop, Nice and simple. I don't really care for the cp flame drops, but whatever floats your boat.

I'd say the KAPP Drop Zone II is the best drop available, especially if you get it with the on/off ASA.

I have pretty much decided on getting a impulse w/free gadget grip($399.99). What cradle should I get so I can just screw the maxflow in the bottom?

I would very seriously suggest you get the Vert reg gun instead. First the vert reg woun't have you digging trenches with your reg every time you have to crawl the snake. We have found MUCH less problemes with the vet regs. The Vert reg gun give you a much wider range of mounting options. (for you air source)

Example--- You get your Impulse and suddenly someone at the feild put there realy nice adjustable reg N2 system up for sale (cheap)-- if you have a bottom line reg, you can't use it (the only N2 system you can use is a screw in)

You decide to get that neat new CP lighting drop, and you what to use their on/off ASA so you can add a screw in N2 system-- Sorry, the on/off ASA will not work with the bottom line reg.

You grab ahold of a freind's gun and find out that the Kapp Drop Zone II makes the nicest handleing package you have ever seen- Sorry- no sweet DZII packages with the bottom lin reg.

You want to add the best preformance upgrade for the Impulse-- the VFF. OOOPPPS!, the gas thru grip on the base impulse can't be used on the VFF. So now you have to buy a new gas thru grip, macro line fittings, and macro line in addition to the Vff its self.

You have no Idea how many fokes call every day asking if they can somhow upgrade their regs to Vertical Max flows!

That's My 2 cents worth

My bro has a Vert reg with VFF imp and has a lightning drop on it and it is awsome. Fits right underneath the reg and looks sooooo sweet. I have the CNC extra long and had to put a few spacers on so it would fit under the VFF and vert reg. Got both of them at www.e-paintballoutlet.com <-------would be my suggestion of where to buy!

Because some of use prefer reg the size of regs, not WWII hand grenades
Jk, but those regs are massive.

if you want something that will perform better, get the 68ci 4500 bottom line maxflow with the tank built on. you dont need to buy a drop if you have this set up because the tank is in the perfect possition. this is how my Impy is set up and i love it. and i have the gadget grip. i dont mind the elbo thing sticking out. i have it coming out the right side and i dont even notice it. and haveing that barrel plug right there is really nice. what i did was swap my blue plug with some other guys black one at our field. it looks tight cause my gun is blue with black highlights. just my opinion
