ok so, i placed an order like last week from them(directly off their site).i got the order confirmation,but no shipping confirmation saying its been shipped or anything.its been a week now and i'm wondering when or if they will ever ship my order.i know they probably wont scam or some crap cause its from the site directly, but has anyone ordered from them and have had the same problem? will it get here eventually?

when exactly did you order. thanksgiving may have slowed them down. i ordered from the cp manufacture once, and it came like 8 days later.

placed it last tuesday.so techincally teh business days that should follow have been
tuesday, wednesday, friday, saturday, monday so far.

Give it a little longer and if you dont get anything or any confirmation talk to CP theyll take care of you, they are good guys i have ordered from them and they took care of me, not to mention you get free stickers too. :D

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Ordered a sling blade last monday. I tried e-mailing them about it but got this auto message about it not being delivered. I have 100% confidence that CP will take care of it though.

k, well i got a hold of their customor service and they said it was shipped out the day after i ordered.its scheduled to be delivered on the 2nd(friday).but i checked the trackng #, and for the past week its been sitting in phoenix, az lol.guess they'll do some heavy duty shipping over the next 2 days.

I ordered from Action Village once ($200 of stuff) and they are probably the best paintball supplier when it comes to shipping. Normally I get my stuff in one or two days. No, I don't live next door:laugh:. I looked at the tracking info and it doesn't change for three weeks. All it said was "Billing Info Received" and then after a month they call and say, "We lost your order. We will begin an investigation that will take anywhere from 1 business day to 20 business days." Meanwhile I'm going WTF I SPENT $200 AND UPS F---ED IT UP! Then they call three weeks later and tell me that they lost it and were going to pay Action Village to replace the lost items and ship them out to me. Then I got it two days later. Love my order, but ---- UPS. :laugh:

well i would've used action village, but they didn't have the impulse thread for the CP barrels.so i just went directly to CP's online store.
yeah i used UPS...UPS never gives me problems though.i've recieved my guitars,clothes,computer parts, etc using UPS all the time.but then again, those stores were on the east coast so shipping was always fast.but CP is located in AZ, and im in NJ so its basically gotta travel the whole country.

UPS is fine, you fool. I get everything. UPS even got you your order sent out in two days, which costs more. Just because one order gets lost dosen't mean that you can blame it on the whole company :rolleyes:.
Yeah, talk to the CP Customer Service reps again. See what's going on.

same thing happened with me when i ordered my barrel.
spent a few days in AZ then hightailed it to virginia. dont worry about it, UPS WILL deliver.

ups tracking software is not known for their outstanding real time updating. We went in and looked at their processes a long time ago to assess the feasibility of overhauling their systems and machinery to offer better package tracking to the public.. Needless to say it wasn't a pretty assessment.

I've ordered from CP a couple times and always got my stuff within a business week (excludes weekends & holidays). And as much as i dislike UPS, they do deliver, eventually.
For future reference, www.criticalpaintball.com carries a lot of CP stuff (in stock, even) and ships quickly. I ordered several 2-pieces (a couple tips, a few control bores) from them and each shipment arrived in 3-4 business days.

ok thanks.im plannin on ordering a cp trigger soon.but im headin out on saturday for pball, so it better come on friday so i wont have to use the stock all day(even though the stock is actually quite good).

Spydadude, shut up already. Just because you have had positive experiences with UPS, it doesn't mean that those experiences reflect the company in its entirety either. Notice that I said that most of my orders came quickly. Of course, I do live about 30 minutes away anyway, so even someone as stupid as Reverand Jesse Jackson could deliver a package to me.

I bought lots of stuff from CP directly.
They will never e-mail saying your item was shipped. YOU have to e-mail them with your order number, then they will write back with the tracking information - usually takes around 1-2 days for a reply. You could also call them and get your tracking number.
And FYI, I have 4 un-used CP sticker sheets ... :rolleyes:
