whats a good barrel for a tippmann? I've heard a lot about lapco bigshots and dye boomsticks.:confused:

Sad to say.. Me knowing anything about tippmens makes me cry :( hehe i really don't like them but my friend has GREAT Acuracy and GOOD range. But You Didn't Hear It from me *wink wink* :eyes:

Yeah, Bigsohts and Boomsticks work really well... I've got a few friend with Flatlines, and while their accuracy sucks, they can hit anything they can see...

Dye are probably the most favorable, but cost too much... Go for the Lapco.

I am thinking of getting a model 98 custom. Would a J&J ceramic be a good thing to get??

I've owned 2 J&J's...one regular Ceramic, and right now I've got the J&J Pro-1. I've been very happy with them both! Good price on them as well!

If you want to spend a bit more money, get a SmartParts All American...

Hey,

I own a tipp 98c(w/ thumb adjustor and x-chamber) I currently use a Lapco Bigshot, I have tried J&J(ceramic and Pro) and a Dye. The thing is you can use the Lapco because it gives you more bang for your buck
