quality entry level gun

what is a good quality paintball gun for a new beginner??i was thinking compact or rebel bottom line.

Personally, i would get the Tippmann model 98 custom. It was my first gun, and still is my gun. I have like 700 dollars of upgrades in it, and still want more. It is as durable as they come, and very, very easy to maintain(which is great for a newbie). Good Luck!!!

dont ge the rebel go for the compact easy to upgrade , first get a new barel and a bottom line

Rebel if your going too buy one,better buy a o-ring kit at the same time.Cause so far everyone i know had to replace a ring in there gun after about 5 outings

i'd go with 2k cause it's cheap in $ but good in upgrades and quality.rebel bottom line might be good i don't really know but i do know that if your going to pay 120$ you should ither A.just get the 2k java or 2k with bottom line.i think the site where you can get the 2k with a bottom line is http://www.bigboystoys.com or something like that.that same site should have the java versoin.like i would of got if i had the extra money.If you want to pay for a 120$ gun go with 2k java or 2k with bottom line.if you want to pay for a 100$ gun go with 2k.and finnaly if you want to pay for a 150$ gun or more i'm not sure how much a m98 custom costs.i know it's close to 150.

I got this i&i sports letter in the mail today and they had a rebel,pmi x-ray mask,pmi pure energy 120z tank,hopper,elbow,hornet squggy,and umm a pack type thing though it didn't say it came with 1 it had it in the pic.for like 150.00.the gun was 85.00 the tank was 30.00 and the mask was like 20 or somin from how i fig.does it sound like a good deal?i though it might although i got a 160z tank for like 32$.just though i'd like to let you guy know if you want a back up gun.some might think it's a good deal.though i still say go for the COMPACT!!!OR JAVA COMPACT
