View Full Version : Different Powerfeeds
Is a powerfeed a loader system thats on a spyder(angled over the barrel) or sticks out of the side of the gun(Autococker)?
thanks

The spyder is a power feed, the cocker is a side feed - though they have the same effects.

actually they dont have the same affect. The powerfeed will eliminate the bolt deflection thatmakes all the balls go back up the feedtube. This only matter when shooting and high rates of fire, higher than a non electronic cocker or spyder can shoot.

Um I disagree. Right feed or left feed like on cockers is great. the ball only goes back up the feed tube if u can time your gun and are stupid and have tons of blowback... mines actually vacuum timed... it doesnt help much but its nice.

Bolt deflection has nothing to do with blow back. Its the bolt hitting the balls up the feed tube. It would only make a difference if your shooting like more than 15 BPS. I never said the side feed was bad, the powerfeed just shoots faster than any other kind of feed..

power feed has 2 purposees 1 beging it keeps your hopper behind cover, and 2 for blow back, take a stingray with clear elbow, shoot, blowback pushes the ball back up the elbow, now do that with a rebel or spyder,it doesnt,it is for blowback,if 13bps is what ti takes to push the ball back up the feed tube then i have a pretty damn fast stingray because it does it constantly
