Need some help

Hey guys,
I have been looking around the forums for a while but finally decided I needed some help making a decision. I have been into paintball for a while now and I own an older spyder compact. I feel that I have finally outgrown this gun and want to move onto something a little bit better. So I need some help making the decision as to which gun I should buy. I know you guys are probably sick of these but I need some help and want to order this gun sometime soon. I have narrowed it down to the autococker trilogy competition and the spyder pilot acs. I know they aren't the most similar considering one is electronic and the other mechanical but they are right around the same price and according to the reviews, both come highly recommended. Now I know I am going to get a lot of responses saying it is all personal preference which is probably true. But considering I have never shot an electronic gun and have never owned anything made by WGP, I figured I would call upon the wiser to help me make a decision. Anything you guys can tell me will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Well, I would'nt reconmend getting the Spyder because you already had and your not going to see much of an improvement, its just another Syder for your collection. So cross that of your list. About the Trilogy, I have one and I'm not to happy with it. It's not very upgradable and the trigger is a pain. I would cross that off your list to. Though, if you can find the Trilogy, and hold it and see if you like it then that would be best. Now, it comes down to your price range, a definate improvement from your older marker would be an Ion. I would take a look a that, it's really easy to maintain and it's a good electric gun. You can find one of those for about $250 or less. Though you would have to get a HPA tank, some of the guys on pbr now where to get good cheap tanks. Then you would have to get a fast hopper such as a Halo or Egg. Hope that helps.
