...has the BEST customer service EVER!!

i mean...wow...

i posted a thread asking about their warranty, cuz a small tear formed at a stress-point on my 5+4 ejection harness...nothing to hamper performance, only makes it look older than it is and all that...

then i get PM'd:

What up dude,

Did you have a problem with a product of ours... If so let me know...

Thx,
"D"

nothing major, actually.

i bought a harness like waaay back when from iisports in _______. great product...

but when i took it down from my shelf after a 5 month break from paintballing to go play, i noticed a tear between the pack and the harness (the trim is splitting).

i was just curious to see how far/long the warranty would go should the tear ever become a problem...rite now, i think it's more cosmetic than anything, so it's fine.

i love the harness tho, btw...best one ive ever used.

thx!!
Ghost.

Which harness is it ???
"D"

5+4 ejection harness thing

Ghost.

I will hook you up with a new one, I will need your old one to see why it ripped...
Is it black or camo???
"D"

really? wow...thx...haha.

it's black.

where do u want me to send it and stuff?

i think it just ripped along a stress point, but im really not sure...it didnt rip while playing. i just picked it up, and i noticed a tear...haha.

kk

thx!!
Ghost.
Do you no _____ at the I&I _______ store... I will work on it next week... I will let him know and we will swap them out... Remind me next week...

aiite, that's cool.

but...can i ask a favor?

can i get it swapped for a 3+4?

i realized that a 5-pod is too big...lol.

if that's possible, that'd be awesome...but otherwise, whatever's cool.

thanks again!!
-Ghost

Woa, they did that over a small tear. I'm surprised they gave you a new one, considering that yours was well past the limit for most warranties.

I have found that Dye has pretty good customer service, when my eye cable was pinched they sent me 2 and instructions on how to replace it. The best store I had experience would have to be Action village.

I like their ion bodies... but i don't like the price.

The feedneck covers are... interesting. Might pick one of those up.

Circle Harnesses are the best I've tried, and quite inexspensive.

im like 5min away from the anaheim hills location.

yeah...i was totally like, :O! over their customer service.

their harnesses are seriously the best ive ever used, and definitely owned...and ive used everything from a redz to a dye to some no-name that i think came from action village...haha.

the only thing is, their elastic bands just dont seem to stretch...i left my pods in for like a week, and they were still like brand new...lol.

He is wondering why there is a huge price difference. There is no reason.
