I read somewhere when researching anti-siphon valves that a remote system or a vertical tank already puts the gas on top of the bottle, to be used, rendering a/s useless or even worse. Is this true?, and if it is, will a vertical adapter allow a direct tank screw in?

In otherwords, will a vertical tank with no a/s do the same as a/s?

I'm using a 98C.

On the response trigger, I got the gun off of e-bay and the turning screw for the adjustment is gone, can I easily replace this?

never run anti siphon with a remote or vertical bottle setup. it will turn the tank into a siphon, and you will be sucking everything but gaseous co2.

as for the vertical adapter, yes, its screw in and go :)

Well that is half of my question, does the vertical tank act as an anti-siphon itself? As in a tank with no a/s is put on vertically, will it have the same affect as a a/s on a horizontal tank?

if you do understand the concept of anti siphon in the bottle and what it does, then you would know that having the bottle vertical will be just as good as anti siphon. if not better.
