Which size is comoly use in the freak 691 or 689 or which one?

Balls are usually .689 bore sized, but balls swell up in heat. I would recommend the .691 because it is usually hotter in Texas so the balls will swell up and be too large for the .689. If money isnt an issue, just get a barrel kit, either Evil Pipe, Freak, or J&J Edge Kit.

right no is cold so you would recomend the 689?

well, when it does heat up, the balls will be too big, and when it is cold they shrink, but not much, and you want a slightly larger baore size. the best bore is when you drop it in, it doesnt drop right out, and with a good puff of air, it should go about 50 feet.

I typically carry three bore sizes, .685, .689, and .693. I find these get me through a day of play depending on what size the field paint is that day.
