"16" helps push air bunkers in and shoots through bushes better." by slaminator3323
I don't know if I buy this comment that 16" barrels help you shot through bushes better. I say a 12" or 14" barrel of good quality and good paint would do the job just as well. Playing a lot of woodsball I have noticed that good equipment does pay off when you shooting through brush.
Any comments about this?

It's all preference. I find that statement to be true from my experience.

I think he meant that with the extra inches, it's easier to stick the barrel through the bush altogether and shoot through it that way, not that the extra inches make the paintball itself go through the bushes easier.

I would tend to not agree with that statement. An extra 2 inches up from a 14 in barrel (long as you should go) isnt going to make a diference. If you can push your barrel out the other side then people on the other side will be very-very likely to be able to shoot into that bush an have a good chance of their balls comming all the way through the bush.

I don't think it helps in bushes. What happens is that the barrel will snag on the bushes when you don't want it to making it hard to use.
