Yes with a good second inline reg- maxflo or female stablaizer, and anti siphon tank or remote.

ya, if you use a nice reg (stabalizer or maxflow) and an anti-syphoned co2 it will work, but not as good as nitro. and for how much a nice reg and anti-syphon tank will cost you could get nitro. i do not suggest just screwing a regular co2 tank into a stock bushy, it will create problems and void the warranty. (i think)
