Why didn't you make a poll with all those options? They can choose which marker they believe is the best then reply with their choice AND explain why.

i dunno if this would be considered an illeagal vs thread.... but whatever. when it comes down to it there is no clear winner. everyone has preferences. for instance if somone lives far away from a place that fills co2 or hpa the C3 would be perfect for them. if somone likes to be able to take the bolt out quickly then the a-5 is good for them. if someone wants a light marker that is highly upgradeable then the 98custom. if somone likes old school/pump classic guns then the SL/carbine. the point is there is no best in general. the "best" is what fits the certain persons needs who is looking to buy a marker for paintball. so everyone stop posting threads about whats the best out there because until tippmann makes a marker that is electric and water/weatherproof and can shoot crazy bps and have psp/tourny modes and use propane and get 50,000 shots before a fill and be like 10 ounces and have 0 kick and never break EVER for the price of 3 dollars and fifty cents then there will be no "best" marker.

I've only shot an A-5 and an M98. I'll have to go with the A-5.

I have shot just about every tippmann out there. The A-5 w/ response trigger was the best one that I have ever shot. I didnt like tippmanns until I shot that thing. WOW.

well as u can see a-5 and 98 are mostly the same its based on what u really like a-5(sniping,medium,short shots) 98 custom (medium, short shots)
