It gives you a little more air effeciency. It also reduces ball breaks by using a gradual increase of air instead of a big burst of air.

I have no idea what you need...I know that there are a few things you'll need.

low pressure helps w/ air effeciency, ball breakage, accuracy.
You will need:
1) turbo (high flow) valve
2) low pressure chamber
3) high flowing bolt
4) low pressure regulator
5) barrel - with little enough porting that too much air isn't lost
6) you may need new springs to get enough power
7) you might want a gauge

personally, i'm good with a high pressure reg and nitro
