i need to have some questions answerd please IM me about them because i dont feel like going all public with them basically for fear of being kicked off the site again.

I want to know why i can be given a second chance...please dont diconnect this because this is my friends sn name..i was Diablo78370 then i was logged off then i was Marcus Brutus and i was logged off again. I was just wondering why i cant get a second chance. All i want to do is sell/trade my shocker. Im seriously sorry for when i *****ed out eltwitcho but i think i deserve a second chance, seriously. I just want to be given a second chance thats about it..well and to sell my shocker. That is about it. So would you please stop disconnecting me. And if you have a response be it andrew or any other mod can you e-mail me at diablo78370@aol.com or PM me on here or something because i really just want to sell/trade my gun thats it. I dont want to cause any trouble i just want to trade my gun and i yesterday i logged in as Marcus Brutus and was allowed to post i didnt do anything then i get home and it says im not allowed to post or something like that. First off, Diablo is trying to plead his case to come back to the site. When, how or why he was kicked off is NONE of your concern. You don't know why it happened, so accusing the mods of abusing their power is a bit out of line. Furthermore, trying to start a controversy in his post might jeopardize his chances of getting back on if you draw him in. That's not fair to him, and I doubt he appreciates it. We do our very best to be fair, but nobody can be fair in everyone's eyes all the time. As a result, I'll tell you what I tell anyone who has a complaint such as yours

Its like this there are rules to this forum. There not there to be just looked at. There suppose to be followed.
Some people like to break a few rules now and then. I myself will pm them and ask them to refrain from what ever they did to break the rules.
As far as whipping anything out to prove whos the biggest on this forum dont make me laugh. And as far as being gods or power freaks what ever you want to label it. I for one am not and will not be one. If any other mod was , I would leave this job that quick. As for asking people to change or remove stuff from there thread it because this is not a pg rated site. Its a g rated one. And thats means just that.
Rules are made for everyone to follow me,you or anyone else it might be. If you go by the rules you'd of not had a problem with what ever mod you did. Theres alot of diffrent people on here and there only a few that seem to want to push the limit. When they find it, they push just a tad more and then come out saying there being pick on etc.
Paintball games has rules also. Are you agaist them rules to. There there to make the game safer and fair for all. Theres not a diffrent set for diffrent people to follow on the field. Same goes here. These rules are for everyone to follow. If you do that then you wont have any problems here.

Firstly Nasty Nikky, I pm'd you to remove the vulgarities from your profile. You ignored me for what a week? So I went in and modified it myself, since you neglected to acknoledge. I have warned you before, yet you continue to use profanity and flame others.

Out of 19 posts, practically all of them are either complaining about M.R. paintball, the Mods or some other problem you have... never once providing any real substance, or any proof to any of your claims. You haven't provided anything of relevence or posted anything of worth. All you do is complain.


As for you Diablo. You were banned. Since you don't want to accept the fact through e-mail and PM's, I'll address this out here. You were flamming very heavily. We gave you a chance, we told you to stop attacking, to stop swearing and to act like a normal human being. By YOUR own choice you decided to continue your foolishness, even though we TOLD YOU you're going to be banned if you don't stop.

Both of you chose your own paths, now you're coming to me to complain? You did this to yourselves.

I'm not trying to start anything here, but what about when a mod flames? Is there any recourse for that? I have seen it happen and in a big way.

Yes there are consequences for flaming, no matter who it is. You must understand however that this was probably the worst he had ever seen, it was massive swearing and also included extremely rude and descriptive sexual acts.

Again, if anyone has any problems with a mod or user, feel free to contact me via PM or e-mail. Rest assured whatever one has to say, I'll keep it between myself and the "plantiff".

Why do you guys have problems with the mods, they are there to make sure the rules are follewed, and if someone breaks them(that includes everyone), they will deal with it. If you believe it was done inapropeatly email the next level of mod, don't post a thread.
