the stupidest thing you have ever done

i did just about the stupidest most painful thing ever. ok, i had some old paint laying around and a half empty co2 tank, so i decided to go shoot in my backyard. when i was done there was about ten balls left in my hopper and i unscrewed the tank but there is always some gas left in the expansion chamber so i turned my gun upside down to shoot the gas out, normaly with open bolt guns like spyders and bushmasters when you turn the gun upside down it wont shoot anyballs out, but i have a cocker and one ball was left in the chamber. since i was inside and my dad was on the phone i didnt want to make noise by firing the gun, so i put my hand over the barrel and pulled the trigger. So imagine being hit in the finger by a painball point blank and it not breaking, yes you herd me correct the ball did not break. so i am typing this with one hand and i plan on getting my finger x-rayed tomorrow. please write your stupid stories so i dont feel like the idiot i am.

ran straight across the field, there was a noob in a bunker who hadnt moved the whole game and i didnt think anyoen was there cause he never moved.. ran right by his bunker, about 3 feet away, damn i got pumped. i got hit about 9 times. he had on of those RT model 98s on full auto. yikes...

i have a digital camera and could have taken one right when it happend, but now my hand just looks almost normal. when it happend my finger got realy red and swollen.

This happened to my friend not me, but he just got his first electro and still isn't use to the short triger pull so he was out in a game and got dust in his barrel so he tried to clean it with his fingure and shot it on accident with his fingure in the barrel. OUCH!!! :(
P.s He's not the smartest kid you'll ever meet.

I was in my backyard just shooting, and my barrel started to get loose. Forgetting the safety, which I usually don't do, I started to screw it back in. Well, long story short, it shot, I hurt, I stopped shooting for the day. Jay

I just wanted to set something straight that I saw above this post, and then tell my story. 98 Customs with RT kits are not capable of full auto, it is still a semi-auto marker.

One night I was fooling around with my Air America Vigilante Regulator mounted on my Autococker. I turned the adjustment nut out and kept doing it, not realizing that the gas source was still CONNECTED! Needless to say when I got to the end of the adjustment nut, with no more threading to contain the regualtor's internals (the Vigilante has real nice flow and BIG internals compared to some others), I sent my adjustment nut, washer, main spring and piston flying in all directions of my room and putting some nice holes in my drywall! Had the gun been tilted a bit more to the left, it probably could have been a hole in my head! The rest of the night consisted of me swearing at my own stupidity while searching for my internals. Think safety first kids :crazy:

:eek: :eek: Ok today i was playing with my friend, i was hiding in an dried out river bed my friend was looking for me and hes at a tree about 10 feet from me trying to find me he cant see me because i was wearin camo, but i go to shoot and i didnt know i had my safety on so when i go and turn it off it clicks but he somehow heard it, it gave away my cover and he nicked my head and hit my leg when i tried to run away:mad: :mad: :pissed:

Me and 3 guys were playing against 5 and so we were talking about where we were going pretty confident that we were going to kick some butt. My friend starts saying hey im going to go to my "favorite spot" and he said it over and over so I go ok. So we go off on the break and then my friend and his "favorite spot" get taken out in the first 20 sec. So then me and my friend proceed to work the field and teamwork won through and we were victorious. And I laghed at him for awhile.

When i was a noob i ran out of paint and didn't know i could surrender so i picked up a paintball off the ground and shot my foot. dang i didn't know much.
another time about 2 years later my 6 year old cousin asked if he could shoot my 98 and i was like oh okay and i aimed it for this brush pile and he turns and shoots my neighbors house 3 times with polar ice balls(very easy to see hunter orange on a white house)

I had fired out toward the fence in my friends back yard, nutin happend. i fired again wondering what the hell was wrong and still nutin happend. i take off the hopper and go inside his house. i look into the bolt area and see the ball stop in backwards and say "aaa, i know whats wrong!" Amazingly no balls broke and i fixed the problem so i dry fired the gun... guess what happened to those 2 shots that didnt come outta the barrel.... well, they were still in the barrel when i fixed the gun, but when i pulled the trigger they were all over my friends bass guitar amp.... :eek: I sat and stared at it for about a min (seeing my life flash before my eyes) Boy, did i hurry to clean up that mess before he came in. The next day he had found out because i had missed some of the paint way inside the speaker, it had come out from the vibrations when he was playing it. :rolleyes:

he forgave me thankfully, dont remember how many apologies i gave him. :D

This story will top all of your stupididy....lol just yesterday i took apart my pirnaha to clean it for the 1st time...newbie here....anyways i didnt detach the co2...after i was done cleaning it i decided to inspect the trigger so i unscrewed the base and took it off. Just to make sure everything was working properly I clamped it back in place (I didnt screw it back in cause i wanted to be able to take it off again if i had to adjust). I fired and everything was fine...upon taking the trigger off again like an itiot, the co2 started mass firing, the bolt was snapping back and fourth rapidly... it sounded like a freakin uzi and built up the pressure so much in the end i broke 2 o-rings and the co2 unscrewed itself halfway....next time ill unscrew the co2 :)

It was my brothers first game. He runs into a bunker with a pro carbine rental (cringe, 9lb trigger pull!) Anyways, this dude with an angel 10 seconds into the game bunkers him with about 12 shots, only problem, THE ANGEL GUY'S BARREL PLUG WAS IN!!! My brother fires 2 shots and gets him out. In the Staging area the angel guy says it was the stupidest thing he'd ever done, while cleaning his marker:biglaugh: :drop:

The stupids thing ive dun yet (YET) was yesterday. I went over to my friends house to play with sum other guys, but i didnt have any air so i was a spectator. My other friend didnt have his gun so we decided to watch 2 of my friends pkay. After awhile, we watnted a better view, so we went into a tree in the middle of the playing area, and we each climbed 1 to watch in. We had no masts and were just weraing shorts and sweatshirts. Luckily, the playerds were smart enough to fire low,and i threatened them. I know this was really stupid, but i gotta say, good view. Also, you can hear the balls go whizzing through the air under u. DONT DO THIS, scary as crap, but i wusnt thinki bout it. Good thing i didnt get hit by a stray ball.

a couple of weeks ago we were running out of paint so we decided to do a couple of 1 on 1 games. my friend with his new 2002 cocker goes to make a bunkering move and shoots only to realize the safety is still on. as he was ducking behind a bunker to get out of the open he is gogged by the other guy.

needless to say we all found this to be very amusing:D :D

one of the most embarrassing moment(s) i have ever had was during my third game of paintball, i had must got my first gun, a tiger shark! and we were playing our first "speedball" game(i put speedball in quotes because for us, there was no speed involved), me and my freind who also purchased a tiger shark(ah, the good ol days) were put on a team with 4 japanese buisness associates that haden't played a game in their life, their client , and another kid our age witha rainmaker i think, we were just practice for the local team in reality, they were outfitted with those fancy lil matching jerseys and were sporting some okay guns. none of us knew what do do at all, i decided to stay in the back, and we were gonna send every one else on the team to the front(btw this speedball course was huge, definately not NPPL standards) the local team was doing drills, so they were trying to use limited ammo, each had 10 shots. our team somehow passed them, and got to their side, while they got to our side. i didn't see them because i was a seriously noobish noob, i was sitting behind a bunker trying to shoot a tree that was 50 yrds away, so the other team didn't even bother trying to take me out, i was of no threat, i even forgot to take off my safety. the rest of our team started to move down the field, they spotted the local team and started spraying that direction with paint, i don't even think they were close to even hitting the bunkers. But, me being the ******* that i was, thoguth they were shooting at me, and started to run down their way( btw, the local team was laughing at us so bad, they couldn't take it and just waited for us to run out of paint) they recognized me and didn't fire at me, but i still thought they were the other team, i snuck up on the japanese business associates first, all 4 of them were behind the same bunker, i yelled "uh..um...surrender or die?" they got up and left the field. then, i snuck up on the B. E. kid and surendered him out of the game, as he stood up and walked off the field, he took a double take and yelled, you *******! i'm on your own friggin team!. so i yelled back "nice try!"(my god i was dumb, i didn't even notice that he was wearing a different jersey) and after i noticed that i took out my own freind, i was like, oh $#!%, i just surrendered 3/4ths of my team. so me and the client guy were taken out with only 2 shots in the next 3 min. damn that was embarrasing, everybody called me surrenderking for the next 3 weeks, but i learned, and i am a bit better nowadays.:crazy:

there was about 50 seconds on the clock left and there was 2 guys left, but we only saw one.... so there is 3 of us... they decide fast i rush the cover... and their i am rushing and getting behind cover and my teqammates were layin paint on the guy we saw...
well i jump over a bunker and then get up an d crouch... and to horror and surprise without me knowing the guy was behind me...

and to make a long story short he aims his gun at my butt crack and lets out a 3-5 round burst at my cheeks and crack:eek: :drop: :eek: .... at almost point blank.... i couldnt sit down for weeks!!!

i didn't do this, but i was there when my friend did this............one of the ppl i play with has steel toe boots that he wears when he plays, and in between games, my friend and this guy were talking, and he was like, "i wonder what it would feel like to shoot yourself in the foot?" so this other kid is like, "ok, i'll do it" and my friend, not the smartest, doesn't know he has steel toe boots on:D this guy shoots his foot, and he tells my friend it doesn't hurt, so he trys it............:laugh: he then hops around like a loser b/c his foot hurts........all he had on was tennis shoes :dunce: :laugh: :D

jero that is THE funniest thing i have EVER heard......:laugh: ....my stuppidest moment was when i made this awesome bunker move on a guy that plays on a local Am. since i was a newbie i asked my friend to shoot me so then i stand up against a bunker and my friend is standing infront of another bunker and he shot me on the shoulder it hurt like ****
and since i have such nice friends another 2 of my friends poped up from the bunker my friend was in so then the all started pelting my in the balls i was so in pain. thank the good lord the never got me directly on balls. i would of cried:crazy: :eyes: :eek:

Well my 2 worst paintball moments were on the same day, which were also my first paintball experience as well.

1. I decide to take some old boots that i didnt use anymore, forgeting why i stopped using them. Then on the second round of speedball, (my second round playing) when were signaled off within 5 seconds of dashing for cover i slip and fall on my left side (me being left handed and having the marker on my left hand as well). We'll it hurt like hell, it hurt for about a good 2 months plus the humiliation of having my whole team see my dumba** on the floor. Then having to play for the rest of the day with a messed up shooting arm.

2. We were playing houses, so were signaled off and i run two houses down. Me and a friend are in the same house. I tell him to to give me cover fire in case i get shot. So then i run up below the window of a house, and peek through the window seeing some 13 yr old kid hiding by the door facing the other way. We'll im thinking this guy is really gonna get it so i aim for the middle of his back and take 2 shots at him. NOTHING! I crouch down again saying, "What the hell!?!" and then i start looking at my gun trying to figure out whats wrong. No more than 5 seconds later the kid peeks out of the house shooting me twice on both knees, one not breaking at no more that 1.5 feet away. That hurt like hell!! So then he calls me, "your out" so i go ok and go to the sidelines. After checking my gun again to see what happened i found out that i accidently had my gun's safety on! MY OFFICIAL STUPIDEST PAINTBALL EXPERIENCE!
