Well, it's my first day of reffing on Saturday and I was hoping to get some basic "do's and don'ts" from you guys.

make sure to line up all the newbies who shoot you execution style after the game and scare them real good.

In game, your decision is final - even if its wrong. If you try and argue with the player your distracted and this could ruin another players day. If you were wrong - accept it - learn from it - dont do it again! :D

Dont swear at players, especially kids, gives a bad impression of the field. Always help those who look lost, always try and fix guns on the spot.

Give tips to the newbies after their game. I appreciated that after the refs suggested a few things after my first game of paintball... And not just something like, "You need to move more."
