Nope. It's a little tricky to get them on.
I've read alot of crap about how exactly to install dye stickies on a 98, stuff about dremels and crap. heres a SIMPLE way. first, get all the screws you can in(usually just one side so the other side is sort of sticking up in the air). next, the ones you have trouble with (on the other side), simply put the screw thru it's hole and ANGLE the screw into it's hole on about a 45 degree angle, it will catch, watching it the whole time. it's that simple. no boiling, cutting or what not. just angle the screws in and you will have stickies in perfect condition.

boil some water. take it off the stove for a few seconds. drop the stickies in and stir them artound for a few seconds. this heating of the rubber will make them easier to stretch on. it is hard to get stickies on a 98.

I just did this with my 98c. I found it easiest to heat up the grip with a hairdryer. It makes them easier to stretch and you don't have to deal with hot scaulding water. You will need to modify the stickies if you have the double trigger with the fingergaurd.

Just be sure to get the bottom screws on first. From then on, the top ones will still be a little tough to get on, but you can get it, there's no need to boil 'em or cut 'em or enything. After a while, they stretch to fit the frame and become a bit easier to take on/off.
