Now that I bought a Pro-Lite I need to know where to find some needed parts:
I want to replace the rear plug which holds the main spring in with a plug that contains the velocity adjusting screw. Not sure if the LAPCO one for the Model 98 is compatible with the Pro-Lite.
Also considering an expansion chamber. I'll most likely screw it into where the bottle goes and just run a remote. Seems to shoot fine without an expansion chamber.
What am I looking for as far as shots out of a:
7 oz tank - I'm guessing 300
12 oz tank - I'm guessing 650
Thanks

I havent seen the 98 lapco rva ButI highly doubt they are compatable with the pro lite. Just because of the diferences in body types. Here is a link for you that you will have better luck with. It is for the pro carbine but if I were to guess I would say it will work but I would ask them to make sure.
Edit for some reason the link wont work but go to specialopspaintball and do a search for pro carbine rva.
And as for the expansion chamber, if you are running with a remothe i would say forget the xchamber the remote will work in the same way.
this is what that rva will look like.

Ok S.O.G. thanks. Is there any really issue whether or not use the main spring for velocity adjustment. I mean, sure it would easy to just turn a knob on the back of the marker. I don't mind using the standard allen adjustment screw. Is there any advantages to using the main spring for adjusting velocity?
Thanks

The only advantage i can think of would be more air efficant. And i really dont know by how much. With Tippmanns the front velocity screw just disrupts the air flow the same amout of air leaving the valve only be blocked by the screw. the more you screw it in the more it blocks the air the lower the fps. The rear velocity adjusts the tension on the spring to force the hammer into the valve. Hitting it to let the amout of air you need to get you fps.
So I dont really know how many shots more you will get per tank though. Anyway this is how it was explained to me.
