Yes you will. What are you talking about Zero? Of course you will. It is a regulator. Once you sweet spot the regulator, you will be getting well above 1700 to 2000 shots from a 20 oz Co2 tank. You will get more consistent shots, but you will also get more shots per fill and more efficent.

If you get more stable and constant shots you would likely get more shots for every tank. I think the cost of a stabilizer would be worth it just for the stable shots.

I don't know about that. You will see an increase in shots per tank, but you probably won't get that many.

it will stop your marker from freezing up after a fast burst of shooting. I used to have that problem, I forgot about the freezing up problem because I've had a stabilizer for a while and haven't had that problem since I purchased it.

Yes, it's quite an amazing regulator. It will stop the liquid from entering your gun freezing it up. Although I've had the stabilizer get super cold, it never fails.

do you need an anti siphoned c02 tank for the stabalizer to be affective?

If you don't use an anti-syphon tank, you may see slight liquid come out the barrel(clouds). If you can afford to buy a stabilizer, then getting your tank a/s should be no problem.
