Tippmann says that the bore size is .692, which is large, but they say to use small to medium bore so you can get the proper backspin. So what paint do you use and whats your experience with it??

To get the most out of it, use a Medium bore paint...

Guy on my team has a Flatline - was using Marbs with good result - but then he started to break a lot of balls.
We are not sure why - but we tried Infernos as well - still breaking a lot... 1 in 40? So we know its not the paint but the marker. Thing is spooged bad.

I used about 12 cases of marbs and only had 3 breaks. Just make sure the barrel is hammered in all the way. If not, the lip inside will break balls. Also, try not to go over 280FPS or they will break in the curve of the barrel.

My team captain uses Hell Fires and they do very very well in his flatline, though they are expensive :)

Well - the gun issue is Moot - he is going to go meet the fellow who created the Epic and is going to buy one... if the Epic is all that - I will too.
Reason for going to the source? Same reason I did when I was looking into an M-96... There is no real reviews or coverage of these and since they are so new... its best to get it from the horse's mouth and see for your self.

As for the Tippmann - he as lost faith in it.
