i am pissed at ACI's **** customer service.
i sent them an e-mail regarding one of their nitro tanks, and sending it in for a rebuild and gauge fix... and i haven't gotten anything back... it's been over a month.
do any of you have the ACI phone number or something? i need to get in contact with them.
also, post your experiences iwth ACI's "amazing" customer service.

Well I must admit ACI does have really good customer service...you must of done something wrong cause they usually get their rears on the job and get it done quickly...

you guys are right.
i made contact with them, and although my guy didnt' seem too happy, he was informative and quick to answer questions.
i like it.
but the hard things was getting hold of them. they don't take e-mails well, but the phone call was great.
i got my tank too, i like it!

Sounds like E-mail just don't work. Try calling them. What's wrong anyway, what are you calling about?
