I just got a new Impulse.I gas it up with a 9 oz tank(i just use it for testing,at the field i am using a 68,4500).The bolt is cycling but the marker doesnt fire and almost no air comes out fro the barel.Any idea what it might be?Could it be that the 9 oz tank is too small?I am playing tomorrow and i would really appreciate any help! Thnx!

ok, do you have a chrono?? Is it at 180 psi?? Mess with the dwell. If it is below 100 psi it wont even cycle. Turn up your reg to 180 psi, and try it with a different dwell. Remember that the dwell is sensitive, and doesnt turn 360 degrees. If that doesnt do it, grease your gun, and the reg. Is the tank full?? The capacity of the tank has nothing to do with the cycling, only the pressure. Try all that, and see if it works.

Your bolt might be upsidedown. You want to make sure that the hole is facing down when its put into the gun.

If it is below 100 psi it wont even cycle
when I got my imp, the reg was still set at 70 and it cycled.

You should first read the manual. They tell you exactly how to set you Impulse up. If you have go with what Impy4335 said.

never seen anything about yes cycle/no fire in the FAQ. My gun wont cycle at 70 psi, or atleast, last time I gassed her up she didnt, mabye yours does, or did, but I think your problem does not lie in the fact that your gun cycles at a lower pressure than mine. AT 70 psi, it wont even shoot a paintball hard enough to travel the length of a standard speedball field in FL. What your problem is that your gun wont fire. one thing, not that youre that stupid, but some are-did you have paint on the gun when you tried to fire it?- Ive met people that forgot paint, and complained it wouldnt fire

I didn't have paint in it at the time and I just got it so I wanted to shoot it a few times. I got the VFF installed on it so that may be why it cycled. I read the manual, again just to make sure that I didn't miss something about the 70 psi but I didn't see anything in there. Unless you are refering to the setting the reg. and dwell.:)

This happened to me. If your bolt is in right, try taking out the ram and greasing it. That's what I did. I don't know why it worked.
