I haven't have any problem with the JT other than a little wear on the bolt at the beginning. I fix that with 600 grid sandpaper around the vertical feed. You would want to do a trigger job on it. There isn't any manual that comes with it, so if you are new to PB, get someone one to show you the basics - oiling it, taking it apart, etc. The stock barrel takes a medium paint, but larger paint works just fine. Smaller paints tend to be less accurate with the stock barrel. The gun works better than most on CO2 in moderate cold weather (40F +).

Thus far, the gun seems to be rather reliable. Have been pounding on it for a couple of months, with very few difficulties. When I took it out for the initial visit on a speedball course, I had a major issue with the speed of the balls coming out of the barrel.
Typically, on a new gun, they shoot hot..over 300 feet per second. The odd thing about the 4.0 was that it was seriously UNDER...running @175 fps, which is obviously not acceptable, unless someone is going to stand still at about 20 feet, and let you shoot em.
I replaced the spring with a slightly heavier version, and, within about 15 mnutes of fiddling around, was able to bring it up to about 275. This was running on a 12 oz CO2 tank...though, from what I have heard, the gun performs very well on nitro.
In fact, I just received my new 114 yesterday, and, I'll be running with it, this weekend. We'll see.
Price-wise, all told, including the 114, I'm in it for about $250.00, and, compared to alot of other markers I have used over the past 14 yrs, I find it to be very good, over all.

The stock barrel is passable, but, I would recommend an upgrade. Stock, it is highly accurate within about 50 feet, seeming to have great consistency, and, to shoot a spread within about 6 inches, left or right, but, about 3 feet difference, vertically.
The trigger is responsive, quick to pull, and, is good for the style I personally enjoy, which is relatively short bursts at a time. For those who like to 'paint' their targets, it might be advisable to look into customizing the trigger assembly, as well.
