HP tanks are fine. Basically they just have a higher output pressure. On HP it's somewhere around ~800, LP is usually about ~450.
The LP tank won't have enough pressure output to get your current gun enough air and you'll get mega shootdown and just over all low shots. All guns can use HP tanks, hell even I use an HP tank on my timmy and DM4.
So let's recap:
HP - Higher output. Prevents most shoot down on higher pressure guns. Can be used on all guns.
LP - Lower output. Easier on regs, sometimes more consistent. Will get shootdown on guns that aren't set up to run LP, and some guns cannot be run on LP period (mags, cockers)

Not all markers there are about three or four that won't work with HPA. They are the angels that have those crappy mini regs or whatever. The B2k will work fine with the HPA. HPA is usually better for most markers it will have less shootdown at high rof so that means a more consistant shot.
