View Full Version : best barrel for tippmann 98 c?

Im in the field of buying a new barrel for my tippman i have a progressive but i want something quieter, more consistant with all shots, and more accurate!!!! Anyone have any sugestions, im hearing dye boomstick, all american, and j&j full tilt? Tell me your ideas!

Look into sticky please, but to answer your question you could get all american, custom prodcuts, dye ultralite,freak,j&j, MANY barrels to choose from, just look in the sticky or go to your proshop and see what looks better, theres tons of barrels to choose from so take a look around, also look at the reviews of barrels on this site.

A Smart Parts barrel is a Smart Parts barrel, doesn't matter if it's a .689 freak or a .689 progressive. With that being said, CP, Redz and J&J barrels perform just about par with SP barrels. So if you're not happy with with your current barrel you're going to have to move up a notch. Look at the Dye Boomsticks or Ultralites possibly a Stiffi.

you have a tippmann so i assume you play woodsball. check out the j&j barrels. the barrel you get depends on how much cash you have.

Dye Boomstick would be your best bet. I like Dye and Smart Parts.... Also the Ultralight is awesome. Dye SS...but a little heavy if you have girl arms! Ha!
