Would I be able to put a gauge somewhere on my 98 custom?
I have a 32 degrees 6 stage epxansion chamber

It'd be what we like to call, a waste of money. Technically you could put one on the ASA/Drop or maybe get a spacer or something for the X-chamber that would give you a gauge port.

with co2 theres no point, the pressure is going to spike a lot. its not like HPA where it goes down slowly. the gauge will never get you an accurate reading.

As you have heard, it is a waist of money to get a gauge on an expansion chamber. First, you would have to drill it, then mill inside to get the right threading, then spend money on the gauge itself, and install it too. All you need to know is that the average output pressure of Co2 is 800 psi, preset. It will fluctuate, but that is normal with Co2.

Oh, thanks. Is there anyway, or "tricks" i can do to tell how much co2 I have left?

Know the difference between how much the tank weighs when it's empty and how much it weighs when it's full...but other than that you'd just have to guess.

get a little digital fish scale and weigh the tank empty. Dont start by weighing it full because you dont always get 20oz, you might get 18 one time and 22 the next. I write the weight on the tank for future reference. a 20oz weighs about 1 lb 14oz empty. then you can weigh it anytime and tell just how much you have left. you can also check to make sure your local shop fills them correctly. I had a kid at Dicks sporting goods fill mine with under 8oz three times in a row. the first time he only got about 2oz in it. He told me "I dont bother using the scale, I can feel when they're full." I dont go there anymore.

I dont go there anymore. The kid needs to get his nervous system checked if he can't tell the difference between 2oz. and a 1.25lbs that is kind of scary. When Dick's gets open in our town I believe I will be avoiding them for all of my paintball needs. Of course that implies that they'd be able to meet my paintball needs in the first place, which I somehow doubt.
Honestly though I've heard a ton of stories about the ineptitude demonstrated by the folks at Dick's if even half of them are true that is really pathetic.

The easyist way to do that would be to buy a rail or drop forward with an on off adapter. They usualy have threaded ports on both sides. One for your steel braded line and one for your guage. They work just fine with an anti-siphon.

Ahhhh.........
There is also an adapter you can buy. It would go in between the X chamber and the vert ASA. I found it on ebay. Here is the link.
