Actually, there is nothing saying he cant post an ad in here. All the rules say is not to post irrelevent threads here. However, I think selling a TIPPMANN gun in a TIPPMANN forum makes perfect sense.

f/s is for sale. I can see your point too, PaintballerX, but I am having so much trouble selling my gun, I HAD to post an ad in the guns forum, to get as much publicity as possible. Maybe he's having a hard time getting rid of it...

Well, the way the rules worked at pbnation, was that you could post a link to your thread in the fs forum.
You could say:
I'm selling an m98 with stuff. Link HERE
Not sure if that's ok here though.
