To all: I am 39 years old and got into paintball this year with my two sons.
I recently purchased two bolts from Blair at SPUDNUKL. He charged me nearly $50 with shipping. I received one bolt. I contacted him immediately and he said he would check to see what happened, that the bolt must have fallen out of the package. Well, it's been almost 3 weeks and good ol' Blair has forgotten how to type. He never replies to my messages. I checked "google.com" to see if anything was written about his customer service and was amazed to see that I am not the only one he has taken.
Please consider another supplier (maybe "alamo city") for bolts and such. They have a much better track record. I encourage anyone who has ever been screwed by Blair or any seller to post it on these boards. It's our money don't let these idiots take advantage of us.
thanks!!!!

Just a "heads up."
I have also spoken to other suppliers and they said they have heard this more than once. So, they aren't concerned about people like him. At the rate he's going he should be out of business soon!!!!:D

He does, or did, make very good bolts. But like most small businesses things go wrong. Whether it be White Wolf, Madhouse, etc etc they all seem to slow down and play off the inevitable. You could do a reverse lookup, google, enter his address and look for his telephone number and contact him via that if that's the only possible way.

I completely understand that things go wrong. I didn't go as far as to find his phone number on Google. I he wanted us to have it, he would have given it to us. From what I understand he is busy hence the reason for not putting his number on the site. What I don't understand is, I tried a ton of times to contact him. I explained that I completely understand that things happen, and if he would just reply to confirm that things aren't going well I would appreciate it. Blair is content with ignoring any attempts I have made to contact him.
It's that reason and only that reason I am so frustrated. So, you are right to try to reason with me. I appreciate that. I'm just saying that, if I have a responsibility to someone. I should fulfill it. I'm not pardoned because things are tough. All he has to do is tell me that he will do his best to work things out. Customer service should be number one for any small business. It's the customer that keeps him afloat, not the other way around.
thanks

I installed the bolt I received from him this weekend. I have changed the Ram to a lighter one, and I'm experiencing some back firing. I believe the LPR may still be too low. I am going to try to put my old bolt back in to see if it goes away.
I'm really not questioning the integrity of the part, but if you order one and never receive it. What did you gain? I ordered two bolts from him and got one. So, I have an issue with the fact that Blair is dishonest. I am out around $20. If I had ordered from someone else, I would have both bolts.
Again that is the reason I am posting.
Thanks
Darrin

I just want everyone to know that after 3 weeks of trying to contact Spudnukl to resolve the issue, I tried to go to Paypal. Because Blair took 4 weeks to deliver my items to me, and I made attempts to contact him for at least 3 weeks I am now beyond the 45 day period. One additional note. Paypal will not investigate because it was an outside of Ebay purchase. So, Blair is working the system. He gets you to buy, takes 3 times the amount of time he tells you and then keeps your money.

If the purchase was made with a credit card through Ebay you can procede to follow alternate paths using the credit card/debit card and contacting your bank to seek resolving this problem. Sorry that something like this happens. Unfortunately it does happen to even the best of people working with small companies.

Hello and thank you for the reply. I will take it up with my credit card company since that's really the only course of action I have left. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but I know they can't do anything. I'm also trying to contact the Internet Fraud Claims Center or one of their subsidiaries.

I've heard several times this guy will either send out part of the order or no order at all. That and he had his number up at one point on his website but removed it or something along those lines I believe.
Either way this isn't really new with this guy unfortunately and I know of at least two other members that have filed complaints against him yet he is still in business. He has a horrible business practice and won't get back to you about the problems 99% of the time. I'm sure he's getting quite a stack of complaints against him at the rate he's going.

I'm looking everywhere to find someone who regulates online shopping or can put me in touch with someone who can help. Sooner or later Blair will get what he deserves. I just wish he would be a man and step up to the plate.

While I sympathize with you about being taken, this does not constitute paintball news.
