Generally LPK is a waste of money. You're going to spend near $400 on your converison to HPA if you get the LPK versus merely half that for HPA alone.
To make the LPK work with CO2 you'll want a Palmer's Stabilizer for your secondary, as all others will not give near the perforamance or durability with CO2. You also want to get you tanks anit-siphoned unless you're running remote. That right there is close to if not more than $200.
Then you're going to get HPA, assuming you get a quality 68/4500 that's another $180 or so.
Frankly for that kind of money the improvement in performance will not be enough to justify the cost in my opinion. You'll be best off just to get a quality HPA tank and be done with it.

Crossfire makes a good tank for a decent price.
I've heard that the newer PMI tanks are also good.
Just make sure you get high-output and all you'll have to do is screw it in and you'll be set to go.

I agree with coenen about the lpk, i was going to invest but heard so-so reviews...Pure energy makes good tanks for good prices.
