Im not a tippy/woodsball kinda guy(nothing against anyone who is), so I have some questions about 98 customs that my friend would like to know.
1. should I buy a 98 covert that comes with some non-stock parts?
2. or should I just buy an all stock 98 and go from there?
*All Q's from here occur if the answer to #2 is "Yes"*
3. what barrel should I get?
4. should I get a camo body kit from specialopspaintball.com?
5. are ghillie suits worth it for snipers?
6. what kind of air-thru stock should i get?

I dont really know what a tippmann 98 covert is, but he told me that it was on some woodsball website, if that helps.

thanks

#1&2- I find it funner to upgrade yourself and not buy one upgraded but yet again it's up to you but if your buying an uped one make shure the guy your buying from is legit
#3- J&J Ceramic s2, Teardrop
#4- you can if you want they do look good but upgrade your performance first
#5-you dont really need a ghillie suits it's stricly your opinion i think there big and they get in the way but it's your opion
(and really there are no "real" snipers in paintball)

i would probably buy a stock 98.
Barrels- i have a tippmann werks 14" and it works great for me. other good barrels to look for are the J&J ceramic, and the lapco bigshot
dont get the camo body kit unless you REALLY want it. you dont need it with the flat black paint that is already on the gun.
i not a huge fan of ghillie suits because i think you dont really need them in paintball (unless you play scenario or hard-core games). if you do NEED one, that means you camp a lot which usually doesnt do any good for you or the team. i wear Realtree sweatshirts and t-shirts throughout the year and it works great. theres also no snipers in paintball. http://webdog.specialopspaintball.com/video/tipclip/s2/p7.html check out the mythbusting clip.

Im not a tippy/woodsball kinda guy(nothing against anyone who is), so I have some questions about 98 customs that my friend would like to know.
1. should I buy a 98 covert that comes with some non-stock parts? Depends. Like if you are buying an already upped one on ebay that is quite the bargain then do it.
2. or should I just buy an all stock 98 and go from there? Like said before it depends on the upgrades the gun you buy already has on it if you are getting it used.
*All Q's from here occur if the answer to #2 is "Yes"*
3. what barrel should I get? Price = J&J ceramic. Quality = DYE ultralite
4. should I get a camo body kit from specialopspaintball.com? IMHO no.
5. are ghillie suits worth it for snipers? IMHO no.
6. what kind of air-thru stock should i get? IMHO no. stocks can be quite the pain and make your gun bulkier and heavier. Just rest your tank against your shoulder and use it as a stock.

I dont really know what a tippmann 98 covert is, but he told me that it was on some woodsball website, if that helps.

thanks

J&J 14" for the barrel. Don't buy in to anything from Special Ops unless no one else has the product your looking for. Don't buy a ghillie suit, Don't buy a stock. Once you go tippy don't get an idea that there are snipers. Theres no such thing as snipers in paintball.
