What do yall think about getting an Xtra or Bob Long vertical feed body for my shutter? I was just wondering...

I just ordered my Xtra so I cant tell you how good it performs but it will probably look better then the spyder with the BOB LONG additon

Go buy an Xtra body instead of a Bob Long. Why? The Bob Long's probably going to be cheaper (Kingman likes to rip you off if you buy straight from them, and that's what you're probably gonna have to do), but you'll end up having to buy a new vertical adapter (Compact Bob Long bodies are gone...), a fatty striker, a velocity adjuster for standard Spyders, some 10-32 screws to hold in the velocity adjuster by the sides, and a fatty striker buffer. Also, the good thing about the Xtra is that you can fit your quick strip pin in there. :D

well before i even thought of buying one i would of course test it out. but right now im not thinking to mcuh about that.
