centerfeed for Tippy

Can someone tell me how a centerfeed on a Tippy works? it looks to me like an elbow that blocks the chamber hole? do you have to drill out the top of the marker?

You'll probably want a drill press or a mill for that kind of midification though, if you don't have one try and find someone who does.

just make sure you are dead center if you are milling it yourself :)
