Well this may sound a little stupid, but in reality it was laziness. Well I sanded my bolt with 600 sandpaper....pretty fine. Then I made a polisher and polished my internal of my body. Would any of you have a clue what would happen because of this. It keeps chopping balls and my ball detent is good, and 2 balls will always fall in. IT is angering me. If any of you want to sell your body, it would help. What if I ano it, would that help. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE IS TOO MUCH ROOM BETWEEN THE BODY AND THE BOLT. I am thinking I can ano it and add like a couple thousands to it, I got a new stock bolt coming also. If there are any suggestions it would help! Thanks!

Sounds like you maybe got a lemon, that sux, tell me how goes with the new bolt you could borrow someones body to try, but in the first place why did you sand the bold and all the rest? 600 is not that fine btw, you use 1200 and it would still need a chemical polisher to finish the job perfectly.

well the new bolt should be here any day. no one else has a rebel xtreme body around here though! I took off about 4 thousands with the 600, it did a nice job, then my dad took it to his work and had it done a little better. Thanks for the help!
