Hey, found another product not alot of people know about, so i thought I'd show it, and once again get everyone's opinion (this could become a weekly feature :P). It's the X25 from xeon, probably the coolest looking blowback I've ever seen. Features include
Awesome ano job, zero tool disasembly (that weird button on the side causes the gun to fall to pieces when pushed, or so I understand), vented bolt chamber (looks cool, claims to reduce friction), trigger looks fairly short, good expansion chamber, LPC (What gun doesnt have an LPC these days?), powerfeed, and comes stock with a 14" barrel (for all you long barrel weirdos). Only feature I didnt like/thought was ridiculously stupid was the drop backwards. I dunno wtf that's supposed to serve, other than make the gun less tight and harder to manage. Go figure. MSRP is 289 dollars, and I honestly think it looks really good when compared to some of the other "A tube on top of another tube" blowback markers. what's everyone else think?

Yeah, that is pretty sweet looking, but like u said, the drop is *** as hell. Buy a drop forward, and itll be awsome.

looks can be decieving...remember the bruizer owtlaw is another gun that looks cool but is all cosmetics. I still like my reliable piranha pro better. flashy ano jobs stand out alot, thats why i like black ano jobs

Yeah, but you can also tell alot just by looks, for instance, that massive frickin LPC is probably the biggest I've ever seen, and I could almost guarantee, that unless you have some serious defect with the valve, that LPC will prevent you from gettin shootdown during rapid fire. The exp chamber looks nice an big too, but you're right, you never know until you try it

just flip the drop back around :). I wonder it that would accually work, looks like the hose is long enough to me. But i dont like the colors, maybe it is just me. looks like kinda a Rebel LE with the ex chamber so fat.

that is ture bout looks. The sheridan nemesis looks great, but is a peice of ****, from what ive heard. O well, yeah, u coudl turn the drop around, but would need a new hose. Also, i dont like the balck part that sticks out at the ened though, where the veloctiy adjuster on a psyder would be. O well, it does look prety sweet.

There are a lot of good looking markers on the market now, the Outlaw, the new marker by JT, Xeon, Sheridan XTS, etc, etc, ad naseum ... but right now I'm with Spyder7, I'm sticking with my tried and True Piranha STS. When the Xeon gets tons of Rave Reviews on PBReview, I'll consider it as a worth back up for my STS.

?!?!?! the ano job on the sheridans looks like it was nicely done and then someone took a screwdriver and tried their hardest to scrape off the top layer of metal

is it just the picture or is there a space between the two "tubes"? the trigger gaurd looks funny, the short fat expansion chamber i find laughable aswel, when you look at it it doesn't look that great, the grip looks pretty ugly and uncomfortable. i dunno about that fall apart button either, what if you hit it mid game and your gun falls to pieces? and ontop of all this the dropback, i wonder if these guys know anaything about paintball. the gun sounds like somekind of gimmic gun to me.

The space between the two tubes is called milling, and it's not bad for your gun. The button is for easy disasembly, it isnt spring loaded and something you'll bump into during a game. As for the expansion chamber, a fat expansion chamber is good, not laughable, it's purpose is to expand gas, otherwise we'd all be using gas through grips for exp chambers. Lastly, wtf do you mean grip looks uncomfortable, that's a 45 grip man, and almost every gun has that, including the Spyder Compact, so how uncomfortable is it? Seriously, think about what you just posted...

hey i think it looks tight. we need a big friggin expansion chamber here during the winter. The 45 grip doesnt look bad either, just put wraparounds from pack on it.

1st of all my expansion chamber is just as fat, but its not as short, i think it looks kinda funny, and the spyder 45 grips are difference (atleast 2k) i didn't find that comfortable either so i put stick grips on it, i was just saying, most of the good things on the gun are aesthetics except for the large lpc. ohyeah i wasn't dissing the milling, i was just wondering what it was. but i stick by ma story, don't think its an attractive gun.

Yeah, i didnt mean nothing by it, but I think aesthetics are really important, and when you're gonna be getting fairly similar performance from most blowbacks across the board, looks become even more important. That and I dunno, all 45 grips are the same, else they wouldnt be 45 grips, maybe you've got M16 grips, which are also gettin popular these days. Or maybe you're talkin about the trigger guard, dunno. Ah well, I just thought looks matter alot and I liked the way the gun looks, that and it's become a habit of mine to post about new stuff everytime I see it

the 45 grip on my gun came with a little knob on it but its still 45, and i agree looks are important, one of the reasons i bought this gun (along with the wide spectrum of upgrades available)
here's a pic
