Leave the Velocity screw in or take it out when i clean?

i have been taking it all the way out as opposed to screwing it all the way in, what should be done when disasembling my marker?

I prefer the path of least resistance. Once you have i chronoed at the field, don't bother with it. I don't even touch mine when i clean my gun. It doesn't harm the gun at all. Also saves time with cleaning, and chronoing at the field.
