Low Pressure System

I am fairly new to paintball, only been in it for 2 years...i have a new piranah pro stock. I know i want to make it a low pressure system. i like the way they look, way better gas efficiency, and most important of all, bragging rights....I need to know what to buy. i want to know brand names too. I want a kapp drop zone 2 and thats all i've decided on. I think i need an expansion chamber( i want one that has the gas line coming from the middle) I want a regulator and i have know idea what to buy. also would nitrogen be a good choice to run? I have heard people talk about polished internals? what is that and how do u do that? Please be specific on what products would best help me. Or tell me your LP set up

NO EX CHAMBER!! u need a reg, turbo valve, lp chamber, high flow bolt, small bore barrel helps, and a spring kit wouldnt hurt either. My system is lp, and its great getting so many hsots out of a 20 ounce tnak.
