Omen 2.0 Q

Hey. I'm probably going to purchase an Evil Omen 2.0. I have heard lots of things about having to adjust the recock after every game. Is this true, or are these people just not reading their manuels. Also is the recocking hard to do?

It has to be adjusted relatively regularly, and I've heard it takes several minutes to do once you get used to it.

I adjust both of my kids Omens and mine too and I can do three of them in about 5 minutes including chronoing(sp?). Once the reg breaks in they don't change much so it only takes a minute. Honestly, there are times where they worked right from the start and I didn't have to adjust them at all. The detonator regs are really consistent and that helps a lot. Dry fire about 4-6 tanks through them the first time to break in the reg and you will be fine. I live in FL where the temp is about the same most of the time so the pressure is pretty even. In the winter time I have more trouble with them fluxuating and they need a little more attention. But even so it is only a few minutes total.

i have trouble with mine every now and then. I would recomend getting to your field early, making the recock perfect, and carrying the hex key (allen wrench) with you for the rest of the day.
