Linking / color help?

How do you make your text Colored like in my signature or so and also say im copying a link from the Forums and posting it in my sig, how would i change the name of the link to say what i want it to, like in my sig i want the link to say Buy My Ion or something of that sort, how would i change the name of the link that i copied and pasted into my profile? Thanks.
