Ok, i've been playing for about 6 months, and have a JT Excellerator 3.0. I want to know, what is a regulator, and what exactly does it do?

it is a devise that limits the amount of Co2 or Nitro going into your gun

It reguates co2 or nitro for a more consistant velocity between shoots.
