Velocity is way too inconsistant!

All of my friends imps are sooo damn consistant, i have seen them repeatedly shoot 3, 285's or whatevers in a row or be plus or minus 2-4fps. But.... mine is like plus or minus 8-15fps. I have a 2002 vert reg imp, with vff, crap....my gun setup is on my signature. I tried several types of balls yesterday ( team colors, proballs, java) and still inconsistant. I have no idea what is wrong with it. My imp is only a week old so....... all input and sugestions will be greatly appreciated.

+/- what?? clean your reg, clean your gun, use fresh paint, adjust your dwell. Did it ever shoot consistent?

Here is the answer. Your Impulse is new...there is a break in period will all regulators, including the max-flow. After about 2 cases have gone thru it, it will be more consistant
