Review emails

Well awhile ago i accidently hit send me an email when someone posts a review on the ion(while viewing ion reviews obviously) and since there about a lot of reviews for it, i'm getting somewhat flooded with emails. So my question is how do you cancel it, i looked around my controls and the ion review page but i cant find anything.
All help is appriciated.
