I just today fired my Tippmann Custom Pro and after 20 shots the gun started to fire full auto (no paintballs were in) for some reason and then after like 3-5 seconds the gun would depressurize and i would need to recock and it would keep doing the same thing. So i took back into my house and disasemballed my gun and i didn't see anything wrong or out of place. So i decided, hmm maybe that was bad luck, so i screwed on the Co2 (with the gun cocked like i always do) and then i fired and then the gun became uncocked and didnt do that full auto thing. i tried a couple more times and it did the same thing. I also noticed this time, as well as the gun uncocking it would leak Co2.
What is the problem and what do i need to fix it??? Also would Tippmann cover it?? i just got the gun this christmas.

Is your CO2 tank full?

My Co2 tank is not full all the way but I am positive it is full enough to still use.

Then again, could you tell if your Co2 had nothing in it by when you screw it on it doesn't make that sound (the like hssing sound that lasts not that long) or when you take it off without depressurizing it, it doesn't make that loud sound or do that leaking thing??? if so than yea my air tank isn't full

When your 98 makes that farting sound then isn't staying cocked (or re cocking), it means your out of air.
If your CO2 tank is bone dry, you'll be able to push the pin in with your finger (no pressure inside the tank. If the pin does not move with ease, don't force it or you may burn your finger from the cold gas).
I bleed off all 6 of my tanks before I store them for the season.

You can definitely tell when you take it off. If it doesn't make a loud and powerful WOOOSH! sound when you take the tank off, it is nearing empty. A tank that is too low to operate the gun will come off with a light pssttt sound.

Thank god, I was beginning to think my gun was broken, after not even a week's worth of play. Good thing I know that, otherwise I would have been pissed off at Boston Paintball and Tippmann. Thanks for all the help.
Gun broken: FALSE
Thanks again,
