I was wondering if anyone has seen/heard about the Smart Parts (i think its them) hi Viz site that mounts on the tip of your barrel
How does it attach?
What size does the 14 dye boomstick take-1 inch or 7/8 inch?
Is the laser permanently on/how do you turn it off?
Do you get all 4 laser inserts when you buy it?
How much do they go for-ne1 found it under 20?
Can you see the laser from far away?
Thanks all-to the person that answers the most questions the best...haha i bet you thought i was gonna pay you money didnt you-admit it!lol anyway you're cool if you did, and you cant put a price on that

You mean that cheap plastic thing that holds a short tube of colored fiber optic?
I wouldnt put that on one of my markers... heck - I wouldnt put that on YOUR marker!
They should be sized to fit onto any paintball standard sight rail. You dont mount those on your barrel.
Besides - they are so low you couldnt see them anyway give most marker configurations anyway.
The idea has some merit - shotgunners use those often for hunting turkey and deer. But I found that they raise the sight to the point that you hit low on the target and the farther away the target is - the lower you hit on it.
They are worthless... Avoid those gimmicks. Save you cash for that next case of paint or barrel.

Last i saw, and read, in the Smart Parts 2K1 catolauge, it was a fiber optic sight that mounts on the tip of your barrel to "catch" your attention everytime you look down the barrel to make quick sighting easy. Thats in my words, i don't remember what they said, and it does NOT shine a laser on your target, its just a fiber optic sight that mounts on the tip of your BARREL. as for what size to get, hold on i'll go get my boomer right now... i would say 3/4ths, but it's just a little under an inch, and just a little over 3/4 of an inch. Heres the link to it. it sells for, $19.95. Its at smartparts.com under catalouge, then under accesorys, and Hi-Vis sight. check it out, you might like it if you play wood games, i just couldn't see using it in speed ball though :(
