All right guys & gals, I need to know wether it would be a good idea to go to, The Colosseum in Illinois, since I'm not a speedball player per say, or would it be taking my life into my own hands kinda thing. :|
I love to play paintball, I'm just leery about going to play at a place that's been known to have "issues" with some of the people up there. :eyes:
I'm supposed to be going thursday with some friends but I just want to hear what you all have to say about it before I decide to go. :)

Go. The only way your going to get better is playing people that are better than you. I've never actually been there but I'm sure they divide you into different groups so you don't have a bunch of pros playing some walk on newbies.
I know dm4 monkey goes there quite a bit so contact him if you have any questions.

I thought the Colosseum was in Missouri...
Anyway, go. Play players that are better than you and get better, and you'll be glad you did.

No, you should go to the place in my sig. It's only about 200 miles out of your way.:dodgy:
Don't be afraid. I'm sure you won't get lumped in with a bunch of veteran players if you don't want to play with them.

Go and play, even if you get your *** whooped you will learn some things, the only way you can get better is by playing people better than you.

It's always good to try new things. If you never try it, you'll never know if you might like it or not.

Do it, definitely. Everytime I play with people more experienced than me, I a) usually get my *** kicked and b) learn how not to get my *** kicked next time. The only way you can get good at speedball is by practicing. Same with most everything else.
