Can you buy these online? Or are they only avaliable at local walmarts...etc.? If they are avaliable online, should I just buy the zap Spank instead, seemingly same price but more rave reviews..?

It would make sense to get the paint with a better review score.

Avoid the Rec Series at all costs. It's junk, and the Spank will be a million times better.

look at other brands of paint online. Maybe you can find a good deal on a good brand of paint.
