Need help setting LPR Dwell and the goods. so help me pleasE!

Smart Parts suggest the dwell at 30 beeps from the bottom, setting the inline regulator pressure to 230psi (though anywhere from 200psi to 280psi are allowable) and then setting the final velocity using the LPR.

ya i know that. but i need better air efficiency and that is the setting for the "Gas hog" mode...
