Would A Palmer's Male Reg For My A-5 Virtually Eliminate Shoot-down? I have heard that it does not from certain replies to threads on this forum.

the reg will allow for a more consistant velocity, keeping better air flow to the gun, and helping with accuracy. Therefore i'd say yes it would help. But always a good investment anyways

Thought so, I just heard that with higher rates of fire the reg would not help with shootdown. Just double checking.

Regulators don't help with shoot down. Poor quality regulators can cause shootdown by starving your valve for flow.
The Palmers Stabalizer is a good quality regulator, and will not cause shoot down unless you can sustain an insane ROF. I think SEAL34 had his A-5 up to 20 BPS with a crossfire tank and a Palmers Stabalizer. I don't think he had any problems.

Especially if you're using CO2, it will not help shoot-down.
