im making this one paintball related

ok so me and my friends are starting up a team.
but how should we practice, like should we just go all together to the (semi) local speed balll field, or should we try to get an empty lot or orchard and make our own ghetto speed ball field. How often should we meet and when we meet what should we do/ talk about.

suggestions ?

thanks

Go to the biggest field (most well known I mean). Get in the games with the best teams there, loose horribly, and learn from your mistakes and such.

Do drills in your back yard with free time. Play against other teams as much as possible, playing is the best way to improve.

Get in the gym, and train/scrimmage whenever you can. Dynasty Dysected is a good vid for learning some of the routines.

When you're not playing. Workout to keep in shape.

You don't have to use reballs. You don't even have to use paint. Just run around and call out positions to work on communication, practice sliding/diving, breakouts, and stance.

Play the lowest you can for your first event. Judge by your performance in that to see where you should be for the next tournament.

What I just saidwe qualify for both

but which is the harder league out of rookies or young guns

see at the fields we play at they dont have any way of enforcing if youve played another tourney or not

Young guns is usually the lowest.
